Accessibility
How accessible this website is, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a "skip to content" link and a clearly visible focus outline, also in Windows high-contrast mode.
- Pages are built with headings, landmarks and labelled form fields, so screen readers can find their way. Form errors are shown next to the field and announced.
- Animations and videos do not play on their own when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% and the pages adapt to small screens.
- Every change to the website is checked automatically: a page that scores below 90 out of 100 in Google Lighthouse's accessibility test is not published.
What is not perfect yet
- The walkthrough videos show the platform on screen without sound. The steps are named next to each video, but the videos have no text description of everything they show.
- Some pictures of the platform are screenshots. The text next to each picture says what it shows.
- The website has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility expert, and the dark theme has not had a full contrast check.
Tell us
