Terms of use
The rules for using this website. By using it, you accept them.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Zitha & Houwen, a general partnership (vennootschap onder firma, VOF) under Dutch law, established in Delft, the Netherlands. Our details are on the company details page.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website, including the contact form. Using the Convenor platform is governed by the agreement between Zitha & Houwen and your organisation. If those terms differ from these, they apply instead.
3. The information on this website
The website describes Convenor and what it does. We keep it accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer or advice. Features, screens and descriptions may change as the product develops. What we deliver to your organisation is set out in your agreement with us.
4. Using the website fairly
Use the website and the contact form lawfully and for their purpose. Do not send spam, misleading or unlawful content, do not try to break into or overload the website, and do not collect its content automatically at scale. We may block access that breaks these rules.
5. Our content
The texts, images, videos, design and the Convenor name and logo belong to Zitha & Houwen or its licensors. You may view them, share links to them and quote short parts with a reference to this website. Anything else, such as copying or reusing them, needs our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Liability
The website is offered free of charge and as it is. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, but cannot promise that it always is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using the website, from not being able to use it, or from relying on its information. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice (PDF).
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
10. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of this website. Disputes go to the District Court of The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag). If you use the website as a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your country gives you, and you may also go to the court where you live.
